What is the recommended age for this show?
Our Christmas Show is most suited to children aged 4-10, but all ages are welcome!
Do you have card facilities at the venue?
Yes, we do. The venue will be cash-less so we will only be accepting card payments.
Are we able to bring food and drink into the venue?
No, we only allow food and drinks purchased at the venue for this event. We will have snacks such as crisps, popcorn and ice cream as well as a range of soft drinks including tea & coffee and alcoholic drinks such as mulled wine, cider and beer, all available to purchase at the bar on-site.
Will you cater to my allergies?
We will only have pre-packed snacks available to buy at the Moon Juice Tavern and the Elves Workshop. Although we will have a range of snacks available, they may not necessarily cater to all allergies and dietary requirements.
What is Flick’s Christmas Adventure Box?
Flick is providing all you need to go on your adventure at Wandsworth Civic Suite! Inside you will find:
1 x Chocolate Treat (Vegan option available)
1 x Sweet Treat (Vegan option available)
1 x Piece of Fruit
1 x Juice Drink
2 x Christmas Puzzle or Game
1 x Festive Toy
Will there be other gifts and items available to purchase?
You can head up to our Elves Workshop to choose from a variety of glowing, sleigh-ready supplies! Our Moon Juice Tavern will stock a variety of warming drinks, snacks and sweets to keep rumbling tummies at bay.
Will I be able to bring my baby and stroller?
Yes. Strollers are not permitted inside the main auditorium, however, we do provide an indoor stroller storage area nearby. Please note that strollers are left at your own risk in this stroller storage area and children may not be left unaccompanied in the stroller area.

Our shows run from Saturday 12th – Sunday 13th and Saturday 19th – Tuesday 22nd December with three shows a day.
Show times
11am, 14:00pm and 17:00pm on Saturday 12th, Sunday 13th and Saturday 19th.
11:30am, 14:30pm and 17:30pm on Sunday 20th-Tuesday 22nd.
When is first and last entry?
Venue doors open at Wandsworth Civic Suite approximately 45 minutes before the advertised show time, with doors to the theatre space opening approximately 30 minutes before.
Last entry is when the show starts, latecomers will be at the discretion of the team on the day and you may not be able to enter one the show starts.
How long is the show on for?
The show will be 80 minutes with a 20-minute interval in between making the total show time 100 minutes. Please note that these timings are approximate and may change on the day.

Are tickets on sale?
Tickets go on sale Friday 9 October at 9am.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, you do not need to print your tickets, but please ensure you check your emails including your junk emails for your digital tickets with a QR code.
What pre-bookable Extras are available? How do I collect these?
Available Extras include Flick’s Christmas Adventure box which you can collect from the Elves Workshop upon arrival.
Additionally we have our Christmas Cheer and Festive Treat bundles, also pre-bookable and available to collect on arrival from the Moon Juice Tavern.
Do you have allocated or reserved seating?
Although seating is booked in Front, Middle and Rear blocks in the theatre space, no specific allocated seating is available. The seating in each block is first come, first served. If you have accessibility requirement, please scroll down to find out more about what we offer.
Do children require tickets?
There is one ticket type for all attendees with both adults and children requiring a ticket, with the exception of babes in arms (18 months and under). Babes in arms are not assigned their own seat and must be able to sit in the lap of a parent or guardian throughout the whole performance.
Do you offer refunds?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email theatre@enablelc.org.

Is there parking or accessibility parking?
There is no parking available at the venue.
What is the best way to travel to the venue?
If travelling by train, Wandsworth is well serviced by South Western Railway, with the Civic Suite venue accessible from Clapham Junction, Putney train stations and is a 9 minute walk away from Wandsworth Town.
Buses: 87, 37, 39, 156 all stop directly outside the venue, 337, 170, 639, 670 all stop around the corner.

Our relaxed shows return this year. Two of our shows will use adapted lighting and special effects with low house lights to reduce anxiety or sensory challenges for any audience members. There will also be a 'chill out room' accessible throughout the show for those who desire a quiet space.
Relaxed performances will take place on Sunday 13th at 11am and Monday 21st at 11:30am.
Do you offer Essential Companion and Wheelchair User Spaces?
Yes, we do! You will need to buy your admission ticket first, then fill out our Accessibility Form.
Proof of eligibility could include your DLA/PIP documentation, your Attendance Allowance documentation, The Access Card, WAND Card, WAND+ Card, or blue badge guide.
Please note that we have a limited number of companion tickets, so please get in touch as soon as you book your ticket!
