What is the recommended age for this Panto?
Our Panto is most suited to children aged 3-11, but all ages are welcome!
Do you have card facilities at the venue?
Yes we do. The venue will be cash-less so we will only be accepting card.
Are we able to bring food and drink into the venue?
No, we will have snacks such as crisps, popcorn and ice cream as well as a range of soft drinks including tea & coffee and alcoholic drinks such as mulled wine, cider and beer all available to purchase on-site.
Will you cater to my allergies?
We will only have pre-packed snacks available to buy and although we will have a range of snacks they may not necessarily cater to all allergies.
Will I be able to bring my baby and stroller?
Yes. Strollers are not permitted inside the main auditorium. However, we do provide an indoor stroller storage area nearby and are left at your own risk.

Our shows run from Saturday 13th - Sunday 14th & Saturday 20th - Tuesday 23rd December with three shows a day at 10:30am, 1:30pm and 4:30pm.
When is first and last entry?
First doors open approximately 50 minutes before show time, with Theatre doors opening approximately 30 minutes before.
Last entry is when the show starts, latecomers will be at the discretion of the team on the day and you may not be able to enter once the show starts.
How long is the show on for?
The show will be 80 minutes with a 20-minute interval in between making the total show time 100 minutes. Please note that these timings are approximate and may change on the day.
Will there be an interval during the show?
Yes there will be a 20-minute interval.

Are tickets on sale?
Yes and you can book yours here
Do you have allocated or reserved seating?
No we do not. The seating is first come first served.
Do children require tickets?
There is one ticket type for all attendees with both adults and children requiring a ticket – with the exception of babes in arms (18 months and under)
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not issued, however if you would like to like to exchange your ticket for another show then please email theatre@enablelc.org. Please note that this is dependent on availability of ticket allocation on other shows.

Is there parking or accessibility parking?
Parking and accessibility parking is only available for weekend shows (Saturday or Sunday shows).
What is the best way to travel to the venue?
If travelling by train, Wandsworth is well serviced by South Western Railway, with the Civic Suite venue accessible from Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Town and Putney train stations.

Our relaxed shows return this year. Two of our shows will use adapted lighting and special effects with low house lights to reduce anxiety in any audience members. There will also be a 'chill out room' accessible throughout the show for those who desire a quiet space.
Relaxed performances will take place on Sunday 14th December at 10:30am and Saturday 20th December at 13:30pm.
Do you offer essential companion and wheelchair user tickets?
Yes we do! You will need to buy a ticket first and then fill out our Accessibility Form.
Proof of eligibility could include your DLA/PIP documentation, your Attendance Allowance documentation, The Access Card, WAND Card, WAND+ Card, or blue badge guide.
Please note that we have a limited number of companion tickets so please get in touch as soon as you book your ticket!
